This photograph, taken by 15-year-old photographer Kyler Morton, using an iPhone 13 Pro, captures a unique moment in nature. The photographer aimed to artistically focus on the young girl's head, hair texture, and reflection in the water. By immersing himself in a pond near Virginia Beach and shooting with the phone upside down, he created a unique and dramatic perspective. The black-and-white image perfectly reflects his vision of that moment.

Kyler L.V. Morton, a 15-year-old photographer and entrepreneur from Virginia Beach, discovered his passion for photography in 2020, starting with toy photography before expanding to nature and cityscapes. After honing his skills through YouTube tutorials, he won a $1500 grant from the L. Louise Lucas Youth Entrepreneur Pitch Contest in 2022, which he used to launch Leevisionz Photography, build a website, and promote his work. Kyler shoots all his photos on his iPhone, initially using an iPhone 7 and later upgrading to an iPhone 13 Pro. He’s also taking photography lessons with a traditional camera to further develop his skills. Outside of photography, Kyler enjoys outdoor activities, Marvel, and sports like volleyball, track, and soccer.
